3. Financial and Transaction Advisory
In order to help ensure sustained economic development, it is
imperative for the private and the public sector to work in tandem.
Public Private Partnerships(PPPs) is one of the models aimed at
implementing long term infrastructure projects. PPPs require
innovative approach to balance the project related risks between the
public and private sector. It also involves balancing the interests
of diverse stakeholders, addressing legal and regulatory issues, and
capital structuring which is then converted into contracts that
clearly define roles, responsibilities, and risks allocated to each
partner. PDCOR has strong credentials in the infrastructure sector
especially in larger PPP projects. In the first phase, PDCOR
typically explores the techno-economic feasibility of the project
from the point of view of private sector participation and
recommends appropriate PPP structures to its Government clients. In
the second phase, PDCOR takes on the bid process management on
behalf of the client to ensure effective marketing of the project to
potential bidders and transparent, credible procurement processes.

4. Infrastructure Advisory
