Mr. Praveen Gupta is a senior IAS Officer of 1995 batch. He is on the board of PDCOR Ltd. since May 2024.The key positions held by him earlier includes Principal Secretary, Public Works Department; Principal Secretary, Election Department; Commissioner, Departmental Enquiries; Member, Board of Revenue; Secretary, Finance (Revenue) Department; Secretary, Education Department.

Mr. Bhawani Singh Detha is a senior IAS Officer of 1999 batch. He is on the board of PDCOR Ltd. since August 2025. Mr. Ravi Jain is an IAS Officer of 2004 batch. He is on the board of PDCOR Ltd. since August 2025.The key positions held by him earlier includes Secretary, Department of Tourism, Art , Literature , Culture and Archaeology Department and Director General , Jawahar Kala Kendra ; Secretary and Commissioner, Panchayati Raj Department; Commissioner, Commercial Tax Department; Commissioner, Jaipur Development Authority; Secretary, Transport Department .

Mr. Rubinder Singh completed his studies in Mechanical Engineering (in year 1990), and thereafter he completed full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM; equivalent to MBA) from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in year 1993. Mr. Rubinder Singh has around 25 years of post qualification experience. His experience covers assignments in infrastructure project structuring and project development under PPP framework, financial analysis, institutional strengthening and capacity building of entities associated with infrastructure development. Over the past many years, Mr. Rubinder Singh had worked extensively with various stakeholders in infrastructure development, viz. the Government at Central and State level, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, user groups, private sector developers and operators. During the course of his experience he had a long stint at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as its Principal Consultant working in the area of Infrastructure Development and Government Reforms. He leads a number of assignment funded by International Financial Institutions such as the World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), JBIC, KfW in various infrastructure sector. His experience covers sectors such as water supply & sewerage services, municipal waste management including waste-to-power projects, roads & highways, urban infrastructure, transportation services and tourism sector. He is Director on the Board of the Company since March 16, 2018.

Pankaj Kumar Gupta, is an accomplished professional with about 29 years of diverse experience with 16 years as head of Global Government Delivery at Tata Consultancy Services,6 years as Senior Vice President (ICT Services), IL&FS and 3 years as CEO (n) code Solutions, an IT Division of GNFC Gujarat and currently holding position of Chief Operating officer of ITUAL.He has held various leadership positions in International and national ICT project and transformational programs for Governments. He has played a key role in rolling out e-governance initiatives and bringing about transformation in Governments citizen interactions in India since 1996.He has successfully curated concepts, negotiated and implemented multi-million dollar ICT projects with a proven track record across Government clients in US, UK, & MEA. He is Director on the Board of the Company since August, 2020
