The Sikar Road Drainage Project is an important urban infrastructure initiative designed to create a sustainable and efficient stormwater management system along the Sikar Road corridor. This project aims to reduce waterlogging during the monsoon seasons, ensure the safe transport of stormwater to the designated outfall, and improve the resilience of the city's drainage network. The drainage system has been developed using scientific hydrological and hydraulic analyses, taking into account future urban growth and peak rainfall conditions. The project will enhance road safety, minimize traffic disruptions, protect public and private properties from flooding, and improve the overall urban environment. Additionally, it will promote better public health, increase the durability of infrastructure, and support the long-term development of the surrounding areas through a reliable and sustainable drainage solution.

Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) appointed PDCOR as the Transaction Advisor for the rejuvenation of the Dravyavati River (Amanisha Nallah) on a Swiss Challenge basis. The scope included course correction, sewerage interception, treatment, and waterfront area development. The project protects against floods and curbs groundwater deterioration, positively impacting 30 lakh residents of Jaipur. It was successfully bid out and is under implementation.

RIICO engaged PDCOR to develop a state-of-the-art Exhibition cum Convention Centre and hotel on 42 acres in Sitapura, Jaipur via PPP mode to promote MICE tourism. PDCOR conducted market demand assessments, financial modeling, and procured the developers. Approved by the State Cabinet in 2012, the project is fully operational since January 2015, significantly boosting tourism.

Towards making Jaipur a slum-free city, JDA awarded PDCOR the task of preparing the DPR for 17 slums. PDCOR facilitated its approval from the State Level Nodal Agency and GoI. The Rs 94 crore project comprised the construction of 2,922 dwelling units. Following the tendering process handled by PDCOR, JDA awarded the work and the relocation project has been successfully implemented.

PDCOR worked on the relocation plan for 14 slums initially under JMC (transferred to JDA) under the BSUP programme. PDCOR prepared the DPR and secured approval from the MoHUPA, GoI. The Rs. 87.50 crore project included constructing 2,892 dwelling units. PDCOR completed the tendering process, and the implemented project is a major step toward a slum-free Jaipur.

With increasing tourist numbers putting heavy loads on physical infrastructure, UIT Ajmer retained PDCOR to prepare a Comprehensive Master Plan for the inner city Dargah area. Utilizing JnNURM experience, PDCOR developed sustainable solutions to address unplanned socio-economic changes and festival crowd management. The Master Plan was approved by GoR and handed over to UIT Ajmer for implementation.

PDCOR provided critical Project Management support to the Department of Information Technology & Communication, GoR, for the e-mitra project. This flagship State programme offers citizen-centric government and private services in rural and urban areas across 33 districts. This PPP initiative has played a significant role in improving service delivery efficacy directly at citizens' doorsteps.

Working with the Devasthan Department to promote religious tourism, PDCOR is facilitating the preparation of Vision/Master Plans and DPRs for identified religious sites across Rajasthan. This involves managing the bid process to select expert consultants for long-term development of infrastructure and temple management. The preparation of these plans by the selected consultants is currently in progress.

JDA decided to convert surface parking at Ram Niwas Garden into a two-level underground facility on an EPC contract to relieve traffic and parking issues in the walled city. The Rs. 40 crore project created underground space for 1,000 Equivalent Car Space within an 18-month timeframe. PDCOR successfully delivered the project, which has been fully operational since January 2013.
