Urban Improvement Trust, Udaipur is executed the development of the various roads in Udaipur Road which is reduced traffic congestion and enhanced the riding comfort. Urban Improvement Trust is planned 03 roads for development. 01- Bhuwana Chouraha to Pratapnagar Choraha- (project cost-42.00 Cr) 4 lane to 06 lane and 5.5 kms long. 02- Pratapnagar Chouraha to Balicha tiraha- (project cost-82.00 Cr) 03 lane to 04 lane and 11.5 kms long 03- New Rto Circle to Sukher Tiraha - (project cost-11.00 Cr) 02 lane to 04 lane-5.00kms long All 3 roads executed by Pdcor ltd. on end-to-end basis including dpr and pmc services. The project roads connects the various sub arterial road, distributor roads, and access streets. Major heavy traffic passes through this road because of which carriageway is damaged at various locations and due to the presence of hills, there is a major concern of drainage at various hilly sections.

After preparing the DPR for procuring 400 buses under the JnNURM scheme, Jaipur City Transport Services Ltd. (JCTSL) engaged PDCOR for Program Management Consultancy (PMC) during implementation. Funding was approved by GoI. Based on PDCOR's work, the city bus operation system was formally launched and inaugurated in July 2010.

Ajmer City Transport Services Limited (ACTSL) is the nodal agency for operating buses sanctioned under JnNURM. MoUD previously sanctioned 35 non-AC buses. ACTSL appointed PDCOR to prepare the Detailed Project Report for Phase-II and assist in securing funding approvals. The project has been operational since FY 2011-12, benefiting around 5.5 lakh people in Ajmer by improving transport and reducing pollution.

The Rajasthan State Road Development & Construction Corporation Limited (RSRDC) decided to undertake two-laning from Sawaimadhopur to Bharatpur via PPP. PDCOR conducted the technical feasibility and financial viability study. The project was eventually transferred to RIDCOR and successfully implemented, benefiting about 14 lakh people in Sawaimadhopur by reducing travel time, accidents, and operating costs.

RSRDC selected PDCOR as the design consultant to upgrade select state roads to Indian Roads Congress standards. Work included surveys, soil investigations, and traffic studies. RSRDC implemented the project based on PDCOR's DPR. The 138 km road passes through Ajmer, Pali, and Nagaur, benefiting 79 lakh people by accelerating agro-industrial activities and reducing rural migration.

PDCOR was selected by PWD, Rajasthan for a feasibility study of two-laning five road sections totaling 302 Kms (including Sardarshahar - Lunkaransar and Churu - Bhaleri). Final reports have been submitted. The project aims to benefit 44 lakh people in Bikaner and Churu districts, promising quicker access to healthcare and education, and creating employment opportunities.

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways planned a pilot transport hub at Railmagara, including an Institute of Driving Training Research (IDTR) and Inspection & Certification Centers (I&CC). The Transport Hub Development & Management Society engaged PDCOR, which submitted the Master plan, DPR, Business Plan, and bid documents. The project has since been shelved.

To start non-scheduled flight operations between Rajasthan cities using small aircraft, the Bureau of Investment Promotion hired PDCOR to prepare bid documents. PDCOR's project report and agreement framework were approved by GoR. Bids were invited, and Supreme Transport Organisation Pvt. Ltd. commenced flights between Jaipur-Jodhpur and Jaipur-Udaipur.

To connect all Gram Panchayats with efficient bus services, RSRTC appointed PDCOR as Consultant for a pilot project in the Alwar region. PDCOR prepared a State Approach Paper and managed the bid process. Operators were selected, and services are operational. GoI appreciated this Rural Transport Service model and prepared a scheme to replicate it nationally.
