The Dhola Maru Tourism Complex will be built on around 3,500 bighas of land on the Moolsagar and Amar Sagar Sam Road. The thematic scope includes resorts, hotels, traditional accommodations for all income groups, desert adventure activities, a yoga retreat, a food zone, and folk art training centers to provide a comprehensive cultural experience.

PDCOR provides Project Management Services to the Department of Tourism for the Spiritual Circuit (Rs. 93.90 Crore), funded by the GoI's Swadesh Darshan Scheme. The project involves developing infrastructure (pilgrim centers, parking, interpretation centers, yatri sheds) at 9 locations, including Salasar Balaji, Mehandipur Balaji, Sanwaliya Seth, and Viratnagar.

Developed under the Swadesh Darshan Scheme, this is one of Rajasthan's first shows featuring 3-D projection mapping on heritage buildings. Located at the ancient sacred pilgrim site of Machkund, it utilizes high-end 20,000 lumen projectors, DMX controlled LED lights, laser lights, and 5.1 surround sound. PDCOR provided complete PMC services for this project.

The Department of Tourism engaged PDCOR to prepare DPRs and provide PMC services for Adventure/Eco, Spiritual, Tribal, and Heritage Circuits under the Swadesh Darshan Scheme. PDCOR's scope includes architectural drawings, tender document preparation, working estimates, and rigorous project monitoring during the entire implementation phase.

PDCOR was mandated to develop the architectural conservation and re-development of the Tijara Fort in Alwar as a heritage hotel under a PPP format. The complex project involved restoring the dilapidated fort using traditional techniques to preserve its heritage, alongside securing crucial MoEF approvals. The project was bid out successfully and is under implementation.

PDCOR evolved a bankable PPP structure to revive Mansagar Lake and restore the Jal Mahal monument. The MoEF granted 70% funding and praised the project as a national benchmark for sustainable lake restoration. Currently under execution, the site is now a major tourist attraction, significantly improving the local ecology and environment of Jaipur.

Working with the Devasthan Department, PDCOR promotes religious tourism by preparing Vision/Master Plans and DPRs for identified religious sites across the State. PDCOR manages a competitive bid process to select expert consultants, ensuring long-term sustainable development of infrastructure and effective management of the temples and their surroundings.

To address the acute shortage of trained manpower in the hospitality sector, RTDC engaged PDCOR to prepare the Project Report for an Institute of Hotel Management in Jaipur. PDCOR assisted RTDC in securing financial assistance under the GoI's ‘Scheme of Financial Assistance to the IHMs’, successfully submitting the comprehensive final report in September 2010.
