Construction of District Hospitals

Hospital Construction

Under the National Health Mission Scheme, PDCOR is providing end-to-end Project Management Services for the construction of 27 District/Sub-District Hospitals and Critical Care Centres across Rajasthan. The project, valued at Rs. 1,110 Crores with an aggregate built area of 29.5 lakh sq. ft., is actively managed by a dedicated team of 38 professionals. PDCOR also assists NHM with DPR preparation and tender management.

Manas Arogya Sadan Multi-Speciality Hospital

Multi-Speciality Hospital

PDCOR acted as the transaction advisor to develop this multi-speciality hospital in Jaipur on a PPP basis. The scope included developing an appropriate PPP model, taking social obligations into account, and marketing to potential bidders. Fully functional since October 2012, it provides high-quality healthcare, including cardiac care, to about 10 lakh people, significantly benefiting BPL patients in Mansarovar and nearby localities.

Development of Medical College in Jhalawar

Medical College

This project upgraded the Jhalawar district hospital into a medical college with a 100-student MBBS intake. PDCOR created an innovative PPP-compatible framework, providing technical advisory for regulatory compliance and MCI submission. Functional since August 2008, the college has emerged as a prominent medical institution, offering the State flexibility to attract top faculty and raise additional resources.

Up-gradation of 7 District Hospitals

To promote medical education, the State announced the up-gradation of district hospitals in Churu, Bharatpur, Alwar, Dungarpur, Barmer, Pali, and Bhilwara into medical colleges. Working with the Medical Education Department under a GoI scheme, PDCOR prepared the DPRs and provided project management services. With a combined annual intake of 700 MBBS students, all colleges have been approved and construction is underway.

Multi-Storey Cottages at 7 Medical Colleges

In a continued effort to provide better healthcare facilities, PDCOR is working with the Directorate of Medical Education to provide transaction advisory services for developing Multi-Storey Cottages on a PPP basis at hospitals attached to 7 medical colleges. The mandate also includes preparing generic bid documents for vital cleaning and security services to ensure premium patient comfort across the State.
