• Preparation of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Reports & Resettlement Action Plan.

Graduate in Civil Engineering and preferably PG in Environmental Engineering with atleast 3-6 years of Urban and Rural Water Supply schemes and Urban Sewerage System.

• Design water supply/ waste water schemes.
• Undertake planning & Hydraulic Design of Water Distribution network, rising/ pumping mains, pumping stations etc.

B.Sc. / M.Sc in Remote Sensing & GIS with atleast 3-5 years of working experience

• Conduct all GIS related work i.e. Digital Image Processing, Image Interpretation, Digital Cartography, Surveying, Map Projection & Remote Sensing for projects in different segments
• Development of a comprehensive GIS for the project and develop an as-built asset database of project
• Prepare document/report for efficient use & sustainability of town/ GIS mapping.
• Oversee the implementation and strengthening of the GIS throughout the Project.

Graduate in Electrical Engineering and having experience of atleast 5 years in urban infrastructure project specially sizable water supply projects.

• Can perform electrical load calculation

• Carry out risk analysis and risk modelling in software platform (Crystal Ball or similar).
• Prepare draft proposals for investment frameworks based on appropriate funding platforms such as AIFs, InvITs, REITs.
• Co-ordinate with global infrastructure investment agencies such as ADB, WB, KFW, AfD, Pension Funds, PE Funds etc. for soliciting investments to specific initiatives.

Masters Degree in Public Administration, finance, economics or MBA with atleast 5 years of working experience having progressive responsibility with quantifiable results in contract negotiation, administration and/or management. Knowledge of PPP contracts and FIDIC framework is essential. Experience in EPC Turnkey project contracts is desirable. Experience in working with public procurement system with either central government/state government agencies preferable. Graduates in Civil Engineering would be preferred over other graduations.
